Mushroom Risotto without Cheese! (Vegan version)
I love eating Risotto a lot but it always cook with CHEESE to create the sticky texture. This time I invited the chef of Tea Times to teach me how to make mushroom risotto without cheese.
Poey the chef of Tea Times is not a vegan/vegetarian yet but she's willing to cook vegan/vegetarian dishes. She loves cooking and used to go to Florence to learn European cuisine. She loves trying new cuisine and always asking her brother and sister to test the taste. She even said after her meat-lover sister tasted this Vegan Mushroom Risotto, it changed her perception towards Vegan Dishes totally.
Poey is a very talented chef, I'm waiting her to create more recipe for vegan dishes or even changed to be a vegan and open a vegan restaurant!!
